Country Manager for CIS Region
We are currently seeking an ambitious, strategic, and results-driven Country Manager for the CIS Region who will spearhead our expansion in designated markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding new leads, closing deals, and forging productive partnerships to ensure our continuous growth in their designated country.
1. Lead Generation: Identify, analyze, and prioritize new business leads in the designated market of the CIS Region. Employ innovative tactics and tools to continuously fill the sales pipeline.
2. Deal Closure: Engage with potential leads, showcasing the value of our solutions and services. Negotiate and close deals effectively to drive our business's growth in the market.
3. Partnership Development: Build and nurture strategic relationships with potential partners. Leverage these partnerships to amplify our reach and influence in the market.
4. Market Analysis: Regularly analyze and report on market trends, competition, and customer behavior to shape business strategies.
5. Strategy Execution: Implement business strategies tailored to the CIS Region's needs and monitor progress towards our business goals.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
2. Proven track record of managing and growing a successful business in a similar role, preferably in the CIS Region.
3. Exceptional ability to generate leads, close deals, and build strategic partnerships.
4. Deep understanding of the CIS Region's business landscape and culture.
5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage resources efficiently.
7. Proficiency in English and Russian. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
8. Willingness to travel as required.
